produce of agriculture and exported many European countries.

and not fall behind the most quality Turkish hazel nut for
its quality.

Azerbaijan hazel nut is growing not using any chemical substance
and is considered clean product from ecological point of
view. Its composition has high percentage protein, oils,
carbohydrates and high energy value.

source for man – in 100gr hazelnut kernel has 639 kcal and
high percentage protein between 16-19%.In kernel contains
oil consists of 60±5% oleine glyceride, stearin and palmitin
acid. This acid prevent increasing of cholesterol in blood,
prevent from blood vessel diseases also is necessary for
growing organism. Therefore hazel nut must contain inalienable
